Carol Borghesi Leaves BT
Carol Borghesi, Managing Director of BT's 21CN Customer Experience programme – which is a key workstream within the overall 21CN programme – has decided to leave BT to take up a new opportunity as Director of Customer Service with Bharti Telecom, India’s largest mobile operator.
As a result, the 21CN customer experience programme, designed to enhance significantly the customer experience BT provides to all its customers, is moving under the leadership of Al-Noor Ramji in OneIT, BT's IT and systems division.
This move puts both the process and the systems activities required to deliver the 21CN programme’s goals for customer services under one team as BT moves towards implementation of its strategy.
