May 2006
Over the last few weeks, BT has been able to accommodate many of the refinements to our 21CN plan that industry has requested. The refreshed programme proposal is currently in consultation, and that consultation process will close by the end of June this year. This demonstrates the value of consultation, of being flexible and participative in a radical transformation programme that affects us all.
