21CN & Equivalence Systems Design Event
Ian Rosarius, Programme Director Customer Centricity and Jo Upward, Director of 21CN Customer Experience will be chairing a 21CN and Equivalence Systems Design Event in London. Find out more about how you can attend.
The event will be used to communicate with Industry, and gain feedback, on BT's planned system changes that support both 21CN and the BT Undertakings programmes. The event will cover the processing of orders, faults and bills and will focus on those B2B and portal developments that directly impact on CP's.
Please note that the event is a technical design event and is aimed at System Designers and Senior Users of BT's B2B and portal solutions across its Wholesale and Openreach product set.
The event will not cover commercial and planning issues or network design.
