BT has appointed Neil Rogers to the newly created position of Managing Director, 21CN Programme. Rogers, most recently President, Global Business Management at BT Global Services, took up the new role on 1 April. He reports to Paul Reynolds, the BT Board sponsor for the programme.
“21CN is the largest programme of its type anywhere in the world and will impact every aspect of BT’s business over the next five years. Neil will help to draw together the various work streams, including Core Convergence, Systems, Portfolio and the 21CN Customer Experience and bring his knowledge of global telecoms to the programme which is increasingly international in its ambitions”, said Reynolds.
